Had never eaten at a Red Robin. Not one anywhere near me. Will be looking for one now when I travel. Both the burger and the chicken sandwich we're great. I usually don't like steak fries but these were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Only issue we had was took quite some time to get our food. Our waiter explained they had couple large groups come in and that caused the delay. Food was worth the wait. But that's the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

My family and I had a fantastic dining experience at the Red Robin in Mooresville, NC with family! I personally love the Royal Red Robin burger (bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg). SO good!! Decent beer selection! Highly recommend!!!

My family and I have gone 3 times to give benefit of the doubt. The first time our drink order was taken by the host then we didn't even see a server to take our food order for 20 minutes and every time we asked we got "she will be right with you". The second time was my sons godfather my son and I and our experience was great great service food in a timely manner. Went tonight and took a few on drinks which is not a problem we ordered our appetizer the tower of onion rings that come out fast and was hot (very good). However we had decided on our entrees and waited for 15 minutes to order our main meal. Our appetizer was gone before she took our order. There was 4 of us and we don't eat fast they were to hot. Then the food took forever. What really bothered me was a table that come in after we got our drinks and app had gotten their food before we did. 
All in all we gave it 3 chances (3 strike rule we have) and we will not be returning. I am a server myself I know exactly how it is and it is understandable if it's busy but tonight wasn't busy.

Visit was my first ever! Thankfully Mooresville was my closet rest. The waiter was a EXCELLENT and very handsome lol. Forgot his name, but he was a light skinned African American sharp as Ever. Gave him a large order, and he remembers it all without writing it down. Food was Awesome. Love those fries. Ordered fish & Shrimp Duo. I will definitely return. Thank You for the Great experience!

Great burgers, quite predictable food for this upscale chain restaurant with friendly, competent staff. Nice selection of spirits, beer and wine. Pricey!
