NC Native so I love Bojangles. But this location needs some work. Drive thru customer service is not great. Always have to check the bag and usually missing something. Not food, but straws or the pack of condiment you requested. Fries are generally cold.

Great workers, really good manager. I've been a few times and I see manager always doing something like cleaning or customer interactions. They honor the military veteran discount always a plus. The food is always good and hot. Fast paced and never a long wait. All around great franchise bojangles location. Employees seem pretty happy to work there and take somewhat pride in the product.

Sloooooow! The ordering and meal expediting process seemed chaotic. Lots of frustrated customers. This was our first time at this location. Would not stop here again.

I did not have the greatest experience today. I went through the drive thru because there was only 1 car in the drive thru and nobody inside. After I ordered and paid for my meal I had to wait about 5 minutes before the person who took my order came back. Though it was not to give me my food, but ask what I ordered. When I finally received my food I had asked for a ranch and honey mustard, but was given bbq sauce instead of the honey mustard. This isn't the first time this has occurred here either.
