Nice, clean room. It was super quiet and relaxing the two days I was here. And the location was pretty close to everything I wanted to go see. I wish the rooms had mini fridges though but for the money I can't complain.

Bed comfortable,room and linen clean. Some outside wood needs replacing showing signs of age along with the bath tub. Quite wooded area,even though I95 close by. No problems checking in,staff very helpful. A $6 breakfast offered at sister motel. Priced right for a base camp, a good place to return after a busy day.Quick drive to many fast food places and shopping centers .Mystic Aquarium and Seaport 15 min.drive. Phone reception and WiFi work grate. Yes, a recommendation was earned.

Nice quiet stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. Designated leash pet area was very helpful.

Much nicer than I was expecting Beds were comfortable, front desk guy was helpful, you can't hear anyone walking outside. My boyfriend is always ify about staying somewhere other than a Best Western but he even liked it here. I would go here again

Let me start off by saying DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is by far the WORST hotel I have experienced in awhile. I'm not one the write bad reviews but I felt the need to warn people. First off the pictures you see on other websites are NOT this place. Most of the pictures are the hotel across the street, NOT THIS ONE. The beds and rooms were just awful. The bed is so uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold in it. The appearance of this place was just off putting. The only way to get to the second floor are creaky uneven unsafe stairs. The whole room smelled like smoke when it's supposed to be a non smoking room. When I went to go get ice (at the only ice spot there is) all I could smell was a strong smell of urine every time. I had to hold my nose every time I went there. It was just so off putting. Secondly, the staff is incredibly rude. The second day we were there, our keys were deactivated. We went down to get new keys and the lady rudely told us "it's your fault the keys don't work. You put them near your phone" (WHAT KIND OF BALONEY IS THAT). Anyway the next morning we went down to ask for more coffee and towels. A man named Johnny, who works there, told us that we could not get more coffee because we did not get our room serviced (WHAT again). So we just left. When I returned the keys, Johnny decided to laugh and discriminate against me because I am overweight. That's how the staff treat you there. Thirdly, our room was supposed to be $55 a night (nice prince right?). Well we ended up paying $55 for two nights and for the last night we paid $110!!! $110 for no breakfast and rude staff and for no reason!!! On the last morning we were here, we woke up at 7:08 AM to someone blasting music. We called downstairs to ask for the music to stop, it didn't stop. The loud obnoxious music was still blasting when we left at 9:30 AM. There are also people LIVING there that stand outside and drink all day. The place is just very unsafe and disgusting in general. There are so many disappointing things about this hotel. Just don't go. Just don't even look. It's so bad. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn.
