About Us: The menu reflects Chef Angelo Montes’ Italian roots and philosophy of serving traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine along with steaks and seafood highlighting the old world flavors of the Mediterranean.

Dinner: A casual approach to dining; a special evening out with your significant other, a fast bite, important business gatherings or simply socializing with friends at our bar.

Sunday Brunch (10am - 2pm): features a Brunch Buffet, offering classic egg dishes, meats, seafood, pizza, pastas, fresh baked breads, salads, pastries. A build your own Omelet station and Bloody Mary bar.

Inside the Space:
Sole Mio Ristorante is a contemporary restaurant with old world charm accented by earth tones, rich mahogany wood and warm brick. The intimate dining area is accented by a large fireplace firmly planted in the center of the room. Sole Mio Ristorante offers a cozy bar with seating for 36, a great place to get together with friends.

Chef/Owner: Angelo Montes
Born in Licata, Sicily and raised in Biella near Milan; Chef Angelo Montes experienced first-hand the cuisine and tradition of the Italian culture.

Chef Angelo’s passion for food began at a young age, working his way through kitchens in Italy building his experiences before brining his passion and experience to America. In 1999 Angelo made the decision to move his family to Minnesota, choosing to reside in Woodbury.

Chef Angelo began working at the restaurants of friends before joining Chianti Grill where he served as Corporate Executive Chef for the last 10 years. During his tenure he took the opportunity to become one of the few Culinary Federation, Certified Executive Chefs in the cities. Now Chef Angelo is fulfilling his life-long dream of opening his own restaurant in his hometown of Woodbury Minnesota; where people will get his original Italian Food and Flavor, brought here after many years as a chef.

Chef Angelo can also be found donating his time to different charities, and culinary schools around the cities. He sits on the board of the American Culinary Federation, where he assists in the running of the chapter and support of the food and beverage industry. In 2010 he was awarded C.H.E.F.F.Y. of the year by the American Culinary Federation. In his off time he can be found spending time with family and friends.
