I went to Red Tomato because others have recommended it. When I ordered a pizza about a month ago, I said no black olives but just put more of the other ingredients. They charged me extra for peppers. I took pictures to show there weren't more peppers. Last night we ordered the "Chicago Style Veggie Pizza" and what a huge disappointment it was, 90% dried bread. When I tried it again day, it was dried out and mostly dough giving it another chance. I took pictures and wish I could attach them to this review. When I just tried calling and asked for the manager, then said he was making pizzas and call back in 10 minutes. I called back and asked for the person's name, who hung the phone up on me. :-( Such bad customer service. So I called back and asked for the manager, who the person that answered the phone said he was the owner, and his name is Hamid. Don't waste your money here.

Order food. Gave me wrong food first place, second food didnt even have topping i added, and the owner tells me I didnt add the topping to my order when I AM CLEARLY CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT. THIS PLACE IS TRASH DON'T EVEN ORDER FROM THESE GUYS

I order delivery from here pretty regularly, you are not going to find a higher quality pizza in this area.

Best pizza ever. The crust was perfect crunchy with that newyork oven taste. The cheese was at a perfect ratio that was melted at a perfect temperature which allowed you to enjoy the taste of the cheese but not burn your mouth. The herbs and spices made my eyes dance in happiness and my taste buds sing for more. I will be coming back for more.
