I've ordered from this Papa John's 5 times and not once did they get my order right. I think it's being done on purpose now because the last two times I order my pizza came uncut. I'll give you guys 1 star for the good laugh. Don't bring up complaints to this store unless you want to receive uncut pizzas or worst for the rest of your life.

It's chain delivery pizza so it's not the best pizza out there but it's solid and my orders have always been correct and well made. I always get carryout cuz the delivery fee stinks, but I only go here if I can get a better deal than the daily carryout deal from that other delivery place.

Customer service is non existent. Employees were rude and indifferent to my presence in the store. Manager was decent, but is obviously more concerned with deliveries than pick ups... if you don't want to do carry out then just don't do it.... but don't do it and do it poorly.

This location - possibly because of its location - is more expensive than my location restaurant located 10 miles away. The food tastes like you'd expect.

Nothing out of the ordinary. The storefront was clean and the staff seemed nice enough when picking up. The one issue I encountered was that I requested a different side sauce with the pizza and was assured that it would be in there. It was not, which I didn't discover until I got home which was annoying.
