Stopped by today and got me a pair of boots.  Did not know much about what I was looking for but the older lady at the counter was able to help me pick the right boots for the job.  The store is bit small and unless you looking googling for redwing I don't think you would see it from the road.  I drove many times by this location and never thought they are in this plaza.  Again great staff and show selection is decent however I got what I was looking for (steal  toe with metatarsal guard HARD TO FIND).  Happy

The store had several customers and I was still helped promptly.  Nice and friendly service.

I went in for both work shoes and the new "athletic" shoes and while I love their shoes, their customer service could use a lot of work. I made the mistake of calling the new style a "gym" shoe and proceeded to get schooled on the difference between a gym shoe and their "athletic looking work shoe" all while getting this attitude of "You don't belong here if you don't know these basic facts." It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Horrible customer service. The older lady "helping" people out is always in a bad mood belittling their customers. This was my second time buying work boots for my husband and both times we were treated very poorly by the same person. Will not be going back there again.
