We went there and we had someone help us who was super nice. They made sure we knew there were other options for shoes. She also helped us make sure it right. It says the name Chelle on the receipt, but I don't know if that is the actual name of the person who was helping us. We tried to give her a tip at the end but she refused and again it was part of the job. I believe she was the nicest person who helped me at dance and tees

Super cute clothes, knowledgeable staff, good selection. I LOVE the T Shirts! We did all our back to school clothes shopping here. Reasonable prices and great clearance!

I just read some of these negative reviews, and felt the need to leave a positive one instead. This store is well stocked, and clean. The women who work there have always been BEYOND helpful to me. They have gone out of their way to help in any way that they possibly could. They have always been pleasant and kind. They fitted my daughter for her pointe shoes perfectly. They have let me use their bathroom before, and I wasn't 39 weeks pregnant. Maybe, just maybe - it was the way that you treated them that caused your issues with them. At 39 weeks, pregnancy isn't fun, but it isn't your God given right to be rude to anyone, or to demand to use someone's private bathroom. A store's policy is THEIR policy, and you are not special and entitled just because you were very pregnant.

Awful women who work at the Schaumburg location, will never return. I was there today to purchase tights and leotards for both of my daughters. I made the purchase and then asked if I could use their bathroom. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant. The cashier said they aren't supposed to let people use their bathroom, but due to my obvious state, it was probably ok. She asked two women who sit in a front office. They said no. I promptly asked for my money back on the $63.00 purchase I made. I informed the women that they have lost a customer and will Never Return! I will make sure the other dance moms know how rude the business owners' are and to take their business elsewhere.
