The rep that was helping us out was very good. She knew the boots inside and out and explained what type of boot I should be looking for based on the type of work I was doing. She did an excellent job and was the reason I purchased my shoes. I happy very happy with the level of service that was provided and I am also happy with the quality for the price.

I went her with my boyfriend and got incredible service. I believe it was Micayla? She was so friendly and helpful. So I went later on for my work shoes. The guy who was there measured me and that was it. He didn't put the shoes on for me, he didn't have me try on the insoles or anything. I did everything myself. All he did was bring me the shoes and apologize for the lack of women's shoes. I also grabbed a pair .5 size too small bc my size wasn't in the 3 pairs I tried on and needed shoes the next day. So mad.

The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they spent a lot of time helping me to find what would work the best for me.

HORRIBLE!!! Makayla is rude and disrespectful. Their shoes are junk! The younger man working lies and is rude. Will never go there again!

Bought boots here a couple months ago, work voucher program. Sarah helped me then and suggested, based on their foot scan machine that I get supports. Having never used supports I did not get them. Recent efforts to be healthy have lead to plantar fasciitis, so I went back for the supports. Sarah again helped me to get the right ones, and beyond that, offered some advice for my running shoes even though that was a purchase I would make elsewhere. Great place to get friendly service, and quality boots.
