I ordered a refrigerator for delivery, got a call at 10:00 pm saying that Sears wanted to deliver my fridge that night. 12/27/17.  I was already in bed. Rescheduled the delivery through the Sears delivery service for Saturday, still no fridge. Called the store and they were unable to get the fridge delivered. Turns out the fridge was scheduled for Saturday delivery but the representative missed a scheduling step and so the fridge did not make the delivery truck. Still no fridge or delivery date scheduled. Extremely disappointed in the service thus far. I have a feeling I'm out my money and will never see the fridge.

The Sears Store and their delivery service are extremely POOR,  would never trust them to deliver on any promise, TOTAL FAIL as a company even the Store manager has failed. I cannot imagine that she would want to be treated the way this Store has. I would suggest you go to ANY other store for anything and not Sears in Appleton Wisconsin

This is the most frustrating situation I have had to deal with and believe me being an HR I felt a lot of situations. Our fridge went out 4 days ago. They put an emergency request in as soon as they could get here was today. They came and they said they did a temporary fix because they had to order a part that would be in on February 7th. Before they came the freezer was giving off cool air and the water was working. So we could keep at least the things from the fridge in the freezer. When they left they said everything should start working temporarily until they get the part to fix it for good. Nothing is working. I have called them a dozen times and but hung up on. And believe I was very professional about this because I have work in HR for a long time. I've tried calling back and they are not taking my calls. Mind you we bought from here because of the warranty that it's still covered under we just got it a little over a year ago. This is the worst service I have ever had. I will never ever buy from Sears again.

Always open at the earliest times possible. It has nice clothes areas from new-borns to seniors. Also has a play area and food court for familys to chill and eat. (More than 10 miniture restraunts to choose from)

You cannot call and get a hold of anyone at the Appleton store.    The service is equally as bad.  Bought a house full of appliances at Sears.  The washer was faulty and damaged my laundry room.  4 hours to get resolution on  standing water.  I would give less than a 1 if I could.
