Clearly this store is doing so well it didn't need our business on this day! I'm a teacher and my husband and I went in to Red Wing Shoes in order to buy me a new pair of women's work boots for my summer job. It was before 3 PM on a Saturday. We came here not just to window shop, but to actually purchase boots on the spot. We always try to support local businesses.  As soon as we walked in, the only greeting we received from the woman working there was "I'm closing in 3 minutes.", basically telling us to leave.  I've worked in retail a lot in the past and we were NEVER allowed to ask people to leave the store because it was getting close to closing time. Not sure why the door was still even unlocked if she wasn't going to serve any more customers. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.  We will not be back!

They were very fast and quite courteous. I got exactly what I was looking for very quickly. They don't seem to get busy and the prices are reasonable. I will visit this store again in the future.

Excellent customer service from the ladies that were working today they get a 5. They were able to answer every question I had.
The PROduct could use an advisory.
Right Shoe = Right Job
Leaky Boots = Safety Problems
Why buy another product when yours should be tuff enough? If it separates at the metatarsal how is it going to with hold the weight that its suppose to?

Helpful staff (Carrie?). Unfortunately they only had one pair of boots in my size that were approved by my employer.
