FANTASTIC customer service! Service after the sale is important to me and this team has it in spades.

I had foot surgery and they helped me with new boots. They even stretched my old ones! Assistance with my insoles. Replaces laces that are bad. Repairs. Product warranty fulfillment. They are amazing. 

I have purchased 5 pairs of boots from this store. I will only shop here for work boots. Keep up the good work guys!

Staff was friendly and helpful.  I needed womans steel toed boots, which can be a pain to find in my size. The man working there directed me to clearance shoes and never pressured me into a more expensive shoe. He even fixed up the inside with inserts to fit more snug on my feet since they didnt have half a size smaller. Very quick and simple interaction :) four stars because while they do have options for women, its a very small selection.

I had a great experience. Worked with Dominic. Very knowledgeable and he found a great solution matching all the criteria I wanted in a work boot. After purchase he offered to waterproof the boots free of charge. Great service will absolutely continue to bring my business here.
