Shoes are worth the money and some of the staff there are awesome except for one employee who was nothing but nasty and rude the second you walk in. Experience with this employee was so horrible that I never want to go to that specific store again.

Last week I went to exchanged my safety shoe for new one at Red Wing located on 106 South Centerville Road, Lancaster, Pa then salesperson ordered new pairs for me.  When I pick it up on 9/12/17 then I told him it was a wrong shoe that I want.  Then he said to me that: you are play game with me if you don't want it and I will refund your money.  I think that shoe salesman should be fire because the way he treated the customer.  From now on I will not go buy my shoe there again.

I wanted to buy a pair of Heritage Moc toe boots and the stores in Harrisburg had very little inventory. They would order you a pair but it would take a week to get them. I personally like to try on boots before I purchase them. I contacted the Lancaster store and they had the boots I was looking for in every size. I received excellent service and the sales staff was very pleasant.  Purchased the Model 1907 and very happy. This store also had a huge amount of inventory in all the various Red Wing models as well as accessories.  Iron Rangers coming up next. Excellent  store that I highly recommend.

Redwing sells some very nice boots.  I have been buying them for years. Definitely worth the money. However, the customer service at this location has been inconsistent since I started going there about 8 years ago.
