This place was great. Their customer service was excellent as well as the selection of shoes. I was in and out in 10 minutes and there was no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

I tried being impressed with this store but I'm just not. I initially sold myself $160 shoes because this kid didn't know ANYTHING. All my questions were unanswered and I actually bought the wrong size. He and was leaving for Washington anyway, I guess he didn't care? Britney helped me the second time, was very knowledgeable and got me what I needed. Happy camper. Buut, the 3rd and FINAL trip I'll ever make here was when I called ahead to clarify the free oiling I get and that I'd be eating dinner nearby and could I drop them off/pick them up. I show up n say I'll be back in a while; came to pick up my boots and they're filthy. And now oily. There was no customers there when I dropped them off or picked them up, so what's the excuse for just pushing the dust n dirt around with your oil? And how many other dirty boots were carelessly wiped before mine?? This is pure laziness and unacceptable in my opinion. If you can't perform the service then don't offer it.

Great customer service, when busy they let me oil my boots grab the new laces and get out. If slow they do it for me while I browse.

First of all, these boots are great quality. I absolutely love them. Brittnay sold me my first pair of Red Wings. Her customer service was so impressive, it truly made me a customer for life. The store was fairly busy and she still managed to assist all of us. She kept her cool, never got flustered and handled the sales like a boss. 

The boots are high quality. I've worn them daily, and they are aging well. The leather and soles are top notch. I highly recommend going into the store so they can size you properly (with one of those stand on digital readers.)
