Great experience. Went in to replace old worn out orthotics due to foot pain, left with new orthotics and no more foot pain. Also discovered that my knee and hip pain is now almost gone with my new inserts. Staff and management were great to deal with, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. You now have a customer for life! Thank You Good Feet.

My husband and I learned so much from Brian at the Good Feet store in Fort Collins. I have been in pain with plantars fasciatis for several months. I was met with kindness and care and received a good education on how to help my feet heal. I would send anyone I know to Brian. I am confident they would experience the same care. My feet are already feeling better!

I went to Good Feet in August 2015 having foot pain (mainly in the heel.) The crew there was very nice, sat me down, measured & looked over my feet (socks on). They decided to try an orthotic in a 'test shoe' to see how everything felt. Initially, everything was good... we bought that same shoe plus a solid black pair (for work) -- the shoes were made for people who pronate. (Walk on the outside of your feet.) The orthotics, for the full set of 3, and the shoes set me back $1118.73. Yes, over $1000 for 3 pairs of orthotics and 2 pairs of shoes. ...but when you're in pain, you do what you think is right. I wore the orthotics and shoes for a month, but my feet hurt worse. I went back and they exchanged orthotics. (This was mid September). I wore those for a little over a month, but my feet kept hurting. I went back and switched orthotics again. (Late October). I wore the new set through Nov and through most of December, but had to go back to switch them again. By early January, my feet were the worst they had EVER been. I contacted the store and was told to come in to switch. (At this point, I don't want to switch...I either want to be better or get my money back.) ....well, they don't offer any type of refund...at all. My feet hurt so bad, I finally went to a podiatrist...a man who has specialized in feet for over 30 years. I walked in, he took xrays, thoroughly looked at my feet (socks off) and said I have plantar fasciitis. He asked what kind of shoes and orthotics I had. Showed me and he laughed...his exact phrase after that was, "I want to know, but at the same time I don't, but how much did those crooks take you for?" I shook my head and told him over a grand. At this point, I now owed Good Feet $1337.91... interest accrued on the account. He wanted to know why I didn't see a doctor first. I told him of the great reviews I initially saw bout Good Feet. If I would've dug deeper, I would have seen the negative. Basically, I will be having a faciia release (a loosening of the tendon to prevent further pain). I'm having surgery. All in all, seeing the podiatrist cost me $108 ($35 for a pair of orthotics THAT WORK, and a small copay) - waaaaaay cheaper than going to Good Feet. I called their customer service line and explained my situation. Being in debt $1300 for something that obviously didn't work...sucks...but not offering any type of refund is terrible. Did I expect full price back? Honestly, no... I had the product for over a month, it had minor wear/tear, so again, no. But to tell me "Sorry our product didn't work. There's a no refund policy here at Good Feet. We will only exchange items within the first 60 days." Now, that's ridiculous. I'm not mad at the employees there - again, they were great. They're not experts though in this field. I recommend seeing a real doctor (and it'd probably be cheaper anyway!) as a real doctor will yield results. All in all, Good Feet is a joke. Wearing the shoes and orthotics they recommended, I am now having surgery... not the way I wanted it to be.

I stopped by their store in hopes of finding a remedy for some pretty severe heel pain I was having. At the time, I was averaging 5 miles of walking a day, with some days walking as much as 15 miles. I left the store with a new pair of shoes and a "maintainer" (an arch support) to help support the middle part of my foot, and within a week my pain was gone. What I've twice been able to take advantage of, is that if, within a year, the arch supports begin to cause discomfort, you can stop back in the store, get your feet re-evaluated, and swap out your arch support for one that feels better. They have since started a program where you can get free replacements for life. I've since bought another pair of shoes from them, and would recommend that anyone looking to improve the quality/comfort of their walk and/or decrease pain in their feet caused by walking, stop in and check them out.
