Best retail Red Wing Shoe store I've ever been to.

I grew up in Minnesota, and loved visiting historic Red Wing, and have owned multiple pairs of these boots, and shoes.  

Even the Worx brand boots have outlasted more expensive brands.

I've been to many of the retail stores in MN, West St. Paul is exceptional, but never before have I experienced such knowledgeable, caring, and helpful people as I have at the Temecula store.

Ryan and Bill seemed to know exactly what I needed, and helped find exactly the type of boot I needed for the work I was doing while out in California.

After the purchase the customer service was still above expectations.  Ryan called me a week later to make sure I was still happy with my new boots, and let me know that conditioning was a free service at any Red Wing Shoe store, even for boots that aren't Red Wing brand.

I've said it many times, but small acts of kindness are what makes a company stand out over other businesses.

Ask any one who owns a set of Red Wings, and they'll all agree, these truly are the greatest work/play/comfort boots and shoes available.

The new women's line are also awesome; my wife will be checking them out next weekend when we visit again.

I love the women heritage line!!!  This store has a wide variety of women heritage.  Great store and wonderful people working here.  Keep up the good work.

Great place . I love Red Wing shoes. Friendly staff, Very knowledgeable. Let me know how to maintain my boots. They always help me in maintaining my shoes . Its the best Red Wing store.
