Reviews
They gave us great difficulty with changing rooms and would not let me speak with a manager. However, once we reached a resolve, we were very pleased. This hotel has no pool but seems to be in a great area. It was very quiet and easy to get to. We were in a room to sleep five, it was three of us but were were only given enough breakfast vouchers for 2, therefore, I assume the max is two. We stayed four days, ate breakfast two days, so in hindsight, we had enough vouchers, being that only two of us ate.

Great hotel if you like clogged showers in not one but THREE rooms. First room was clogged and the second room the tub just filled with water on its own. (Must have came from the room above when they showered.) Not to mention my bed had hair and black stuff all in it. When this was reported they came to my room with a change of sheets but handed them to ME for me to change the bed. I was told after leaving the manager would call me for a discount but i never received a call. When I called to speak to the manager she refused to get on the phone and I was left on hold for 30mins. This place only will receive one star based on location.

Do not come here if you are over 6 ft. The ceilings are very low. The paint is damaged in many places, one of the room lights did not work properly, the AC blew directly into the curtains, making the room never actually cool down, there is no soap dish, and the elevator smelled strongly of chemical cleaner in the morning. They cleaned the carpets on Saturday and they were still drying as of 11am that day with multiple turbo fans. The towels and bath products are nice.

Awesome place! I have said several times and always enjoyed it but especially when Christie is there either in the night when I get there or in the morning when I see her before breakfast she is amazing.
