Great hotel right in the middle of Torrance. We stayed for a week and were happy with the experience. I will stay here again for sure. Everyone working here was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

03-19-2018 Monday My 4 day stay here in room 311 was just a 2 star OK. Not great. Today at check-out time I told the Front Desk person about the single hot & cold water faucet in the shower. My experience was at first, I was letting the hot water get hot because it had not been on in a while. So I turned the lever all the way to the left only for hot so it could get hot. After a few minutes it still didn't get hot. And still didn't get hot after 10 minutes and watching TV. Went back in the shower and the water was still not hot only to find out that the hook-up to the hot water was connected to the cold water side and the cold water was connected to the hot water side. Here's the kicker. The Front Desk person told me they know of this problem in some rooms for a while. I wasted over 15 minutes of running the water trying to get it hot. Plus, that seems to me to be a safety hazard. And they know about it!! The carpet in this room is very dirty. The beds were comfortable. The lighting in the bed area was great. But the lighting in the sink area is bad. Not set up with convenient outlets for phone charging. The heating unit was great. The washcloths were all the time new but very thin and easily torn. The towels were new all the time ("new" as in brand new, and very white). The TV was good, and fast on channel changing and volume changing. Oh, the bathroom door is like jello. It is NOT a firm door. The washer & dryer worked great on the 3rd floor that I had to use. Wash was $1.50 and dry was $1.50. No PETS allowed per sign on the wall. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. But I've seen etc... . There is some covered FREE parking.

enjoyed my time there during spring break march 12-15,my room was nicee,the breakfast including waffles was good,nice quiet close to everything,beach,mall,resturants I wanted to and the airport

It was okay the rooms were kind of shabby and it was a little noisy but they were able to get us in pretty quick so that was good
