Very nice place with friendly staff that are willing to help with anything you need. Its really close to shoping stores and restaurants. It awesome. We try to get there at Least 3 times a week

Staff was good, but I didn't like the fact that they don't clean your room or provide you with fresh towels everyday. The flyer in the restroom read, in their effort to conserve water, they encourage the reuse of towels and bed covers. Anywhere else, but not the hotel.

If there were an option for no stars that would be the rating from me. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever lived at. I travel around the US working all over and this was the worst experience ever. I lived here for about 2months. This hotel only has cleaning services 1 a week. You have to ask for towels every day. When you ask they only give you 2 towels. I happened to look under my bed for something and found that under the bed had probably never been cleaned since this hotel was build. There is a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers which only 2 of them work. A co-worker got stuck in the elevator that was then broken for 2 weeks. There is no ice machine. The is a trash room on each floor where ppl just toss trash in and close the door. The carpet is in horrible shape. And last and definitely the worst every weekend I see 2 or three working girls in and out of the hotel. Will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Helpful and friendly staff at the check in counter. Room was comfortable and simple. Area is quiet and was very easy to catch up on my sleep. Also this hotel is near alot of breweries if your wanting to vist some.

Great location, near restaurants. Hotel is clean. Not like the other ESA properties in the area. Friendly staff
