Redeemer Pizza’s sourdough take on New York Pizza is absolutely one of the best pizzas in Denver. It’s memorably good, unique, and the pizzas are cooked perfectly. Do not skip the garlic knots and just enjoy one of the best pizzas in the city.
The pizza was absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever had sour dough pizza, but it was very tasty. The crust was phenomenal and had a nice flakey texture with a soft chewy center. We got the standard and the mushroom pizza. The mushroom pizza was slightly on the sour side due to the pickled mushrooms and was somewhat on the heavy side for me. The standard was just a very good basic Margherita pizza. The pizza sauce paired perfectly with the sour dough, giving it a nice tangy, sweet profile. Definitely worth a visit
Not only the best pizza in Denver but possibly one of the best overall restaurants in the area. The pizzas are good, whether it’s by the slice or pie, there is something for everyone. NY style crust with love and care put into the sourdough, you can truly tell the difference. Not your big box store stuff most people call pizza, this is a real artisanal product. The toppings are high quality and I’m always excited to try the rotating specials. Late night slices are a life saver for the bar scene in RiNo. Love the seasonal salads and appetizers as well. Garlic knots are a go to but the meatballs are also solid! Staff is very friendly and there is always a good vibe on the back patio
Great pizza that you really can’t go wrong with. You should absolutely get the garlic knots. They’re probably the best I’ve ever had. The take out window is a little hard to find but still cool nonetheless.
Run there for their.... ice cream!! I went there last night to try a slice for the first time and saw Olive Oil ice cream as a daily flavor. I asked if where they source it or if they make it in-house. Surprisingly for me, it was made in house, so I ordered it. It was astounding. I could taste the olive oil and then the salty flakes hit. It was perfection. Oh, and the NY style slice with sunflower pesto was great too especially that crust with a hint of sour flavor. So good!
Ended up at this spot during their happy hour, 5-6pm, and enjoyed a cheese pizza slice + wine combo for $6. As an appetizer, added some garlic knots that were a great compliment to the meal highly recommended. A nice cozy spot to relax in but I would say the music was a bit harsh. I love the rap vibes they had, and the staff was so nice, but I definitely wouldn't consider it a family friendly place with how explicit the music could veer into.
Do not sleep on the garlic knots! We devoured them so quickly, I didn’t even snap a picture. They’re chewy, perfectly seasoned and are filled with gooey cheese. I could eat more than a dozen by myself!! Redeemer’s sourdough crust is tasty, hardy and unique for the Denver area. Dine in or head to the pickup window around back for a slice just make sure you look at the menu before ordering so you’re prepared, it can get pretty busy back there. Not to mention they have a great bar & offer bottles of wine!
From the moment we walked in the door the staff was amazing! We arrived early, and they made us feel welcome. They spent time getting to know us and were very genuine. They showed us how to order online, so our pizza would be first up. First, we ordered the Tomato not realizing it didn't have cheese. They double checked with us before making it, and we went with their signature pizza, Standard, and added basil. Y'all it was devine! They gave us some of their homemade sauces, honey chili and a ranch. So yummy!
Pizza & appetizers were so good. Fried artichoke appetizer was phenomenal, and the meatballs were perfect. Staff was helpful & the atmosphere was really chill - definitely check out if you're wanting some really tasty pizza!Food: 5/5
Got a quick late night bite and couldn’t have been happier. For drinks, we ordered their special frozen drink the Happy Lil Diddy, which has Desert Door Sotol from Texas in it, and it was delicious as well as the All the Smoke. All the Smoke had a kick to it so it definitely packs a punch from the Serrano peppers and Sotol too. As for food, we got the marinaded olives and the fried squash for starters. We got the classic pepperoni slices- liked that the pepperonis were different sizes. But, do yourself a favor and get a side of their “dilly ranch” and the hot honey. Thank me later. Oh and the staff was super friendly! They gave good recommendations on what to order and were attentive. Definitely recommend.
