What is Rednexican? Fresh flavors and smoky heat. Slow cooked brisket and sweet barbeque pork. Not your Momma’s collard greens and amped up Mac & Cheese. Try our made-to-order burritos or grab a fried catfish taco. It’s different and oh so good!
The idea behind Rednexican was dreamed up by owner Chad Smith while on a fishing trip with friends. After a long day of scalloping on the Gulf Coast Chad and his friends came back to shore starving and ready for dinner. But the group was split on what to eat-- Mexican or Barbeque? And the Rednexican story starts there.
Chad created a menu to combine family recipes with Tex-Mex boldness. With menu items like our BBQ Brisket Rueben, "Toxic" Catfish Tacos and our ever-popular PIMPP Quesadilla, one could say we've got the fusion down pretty well.
