Dr. James and Dr. Tiffany are both very skillful and most importantly they consider customer's view point seriously. Not just offering excellent service but provides the possible options for customer to choose with full explanation. One word describe their practice would be compassionate professionalism.

(cross post from yelp) I've been lucky to find good dentists and stay with them over the years. When I moved to Redondo from VA, I needed a new dentist. I chose Redondo Smile based on convenience and insurance. I have been extremely happy with my choice - so happy that even though I moved across the LA basin, I still make the drive to see Dr. James every 6 months. He is a good dentist, and an interesting person, well worth talking to beyond the mechanics of your dental health. The office is modern and clean. The office staff are professional and friendly. I have never had to wait for my appointment. I get a good quality cleaning, done quickly, with modern equipment (not a metal pick.) I've had two more significant procedures done, and both were very satisfactory - proper pain management, up-front disclosure of costs, discussion of options. I've received good advice for how to improve my dental health. I do not understand the very negative reviews on this site. Make sure to read all the reviews, not just the ones that show up on the 1st page. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Nguyen to a friend or co-worker.

It wasn't that long ago that the last place I would go was to the dentist. James has changed all that. He has a friendly staff, a professional environment, and has the most concern and pride in his work that I have ever seen. I not only feel comfortable going to see him, I look forward to it because I know that what's going to happen is not only necessary but important and will be done in a way that I can have total confidence in the results. I would recommend this office to anyone. Really. I mean it.

Recently our rescue founder visited this office as a new patient. Met Dr. Tiffany and was very impressed by her bedside manner and knowledge, the office is state of the art xray machine, very clean and updated office. Dr. Tiffany went over everything in detail from preventative to restorative recommendations. Very pleasant experience, thank you Dr. Tiffany! Fight On!!!!!
