Nice and clean motel near the train station in Redwood City, with many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker​, iron, and ironing board, in addition to a large TV and a desk. Breakfast is included, with a selection of Danish, cereal, and waffles. Somewhat noisy due to a busy street nearby.

Been here one night only which has been a good and quiet sleep. Hotel is easy to reach and check-in was easy!

While their management was unable to change my Expedia reservation, even though I requested the change well in advance of my arrival, they made up for it with good service. Location is great. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

Clean, no frills. Friendly staff.  Nothing very exceptional.  A safe choice if it's the near best price.

I have stated in every hotel in RWC and am not coming back here. When I got in my room at 11pm the temperature was about 58 degrees and took over a half hour to get to 70 degrees. My room had NO toilet paper which I found out the hard way, the towels were thrown on the bed, AND the shampoo.conditioner.lotion bottles were UNSEALED, I am almost sure they have been refilled because the tops looked crusty. I hesitate to leave any bad review but my stay here continued to deteriorate.  The bathroom was just marginally clean at best. I understand this is a "budget" stay but I'd much rather stay at a larger brand of budget hotel for the consistency and none of the small weird corner cuts that happened here.

Update: Mgmt has contacted me several times and apologized about the issues, citing that they were under construction and this isn't a normal experience here.
