We also carry a large selection of bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, flower girl, prom, and pageant dresses by top designers like Montage, Vienna Prom, and Ellie Wilde. Harrisonburg is approximately a 2 hour drive from the greater Washington DC area, Richmond, and Roanoke. Reflections Bridal is a little out of the way but worth the trip!

I attempted to shop for a mother-of-the-groom dress twice at this store. The first time I was shown to a room of dresses and left by myself. No one came back to ask if I needed help, had questions, or wanted to try on any dresses. When I left the store (after trying on nothing and asking none of my questions), I passed the front counter where there were several of the employees standing and talking. No one asked if I needed any help or even said goodbye as I left the store. Unfortunately, I made a second try to look at dresses a few weeks later. This time when I entered the store and said what I was shopping for, a younger employee pleasantly informed me that a large group had just been taken into the small room that housed all of those dresses. She said that she could take me to the room, too, but that it would be very crowded. I said that I didn’t mind waiting. At that point, an older lady who had been standing nearby inserted herself into our conversation and informed me that I would need to wait “45 minutes.” I then asked her about some dresses that I had seen online—they were all by one designer, and the website indicated that they could be purchased at Reflections. The lady quickly told me that I needed to look for those dresses at Fashion Gallery in Verona. From her tone and attitude, I felt that she did not have the time or interest in helping me look for a dress. This is definitely NOT the store to go to when you need a mother-of-the-bride or mother-of-the-groom dress. Don’t even bother stopping in here. The ladies at Fashion Gallery, Anna Joy’s, and Bridal Impressions are all much more helpful than this place.

I just bought my senior prom dress here and I feel completely misled and ripped off. I purchased my dress in February ahead of anyone in my school so I could make sure I was the only one with my dress and at the store I was told no one else had this dress and I'd be the only one with it, so being happy with that I signed their super tight contract (no returns or exchanges for ANY reason) thinking this was my unique dress. Come later I find out another girl in my school has also gotten the exact same dress and when I called Reflections wanting to know if I could at least exchange my dress I get bombarded with a million reasons why I can't, why its not their fault someone else got the same dress. I feel completely misled and now I'm stuck with an overpriced dress and I have paid a lot of money for now to only match with another girl at my last prom, go figure. I would not recommend going here because if you aren't a rich, pretty pageant girl they could care less about helping you feel and look your best and feel completely special and unique.

First of all I wish I had the option to not choose any stars because giving them one star is more than they deserve. I took my daughter here January 27, 2018 to look at prom dresses. We were there mainly looking for a Sherri Hill dress that she wanted. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone. They had a few mothers and daughters there trying on dresses. We started looking through the dresses to the left and an older blondish short haired lady that worked there came up to us and said I think you are in the wrong section these dresses start at $800. She then proceeds to tell us that another section to the right was more in our price range. Or so apparently she thought. My daughter proceeds to look through the size 4 dresses and she then asked her what size do you wear in jeans. My daughter told her a size 3 but she can’t fit some some 1’s. So the lady tells her she is in the wrong size she should start with a size 6 because she would be happier if that was too big and she had to go a size than having to go to a bigger size if she started with size 4. My daughter felt so uncomfortable with her remarks and was really upset and just wanted to leave and not look at anything or try anything on. First of all we were being profiled because she just assumed that I didn’t have $800 to buy a dress. Which I had money to walk out the store with anyone she picked out, cash or credit.. hence that’s why we there to look at Sherri Hill dresses, which I am very aware of how much her dresses cost. Second, she upset my daughter by her comments. I took my daughter out that day to the spa and then I was surprising her with a trip here to pick out a prom dress. When we pulled into the parking lot she was so excited but left upset without looking at anything because of her rude comments. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I have told everyone I know about my experience here. They really made us feel like we didn’t even belong in a place like that and that is the first dress shop I ever been in that made us feel that way and it was WRONG!!!!! 😡😡😡

Not worth all the hoopla! Staff was not helpful at all. Had to sign our life away...no returns, no exchanges and no seamstress. Very, VERY disappointed, won't be back.
