Seen 3 movies here and enjoyed all 3 experiences.  I've always opted of going inside and using the ticket machines there instead of waiting outside to get the tickets from a person.  The theaters themselves have been clean each time I've seen a movie.  They offer the normal food and drink options but they also offer beer and wine to take in to the theater which is nice.

It was only a decade ago that you could get two people in to a movie for $15 but we paid twice that just to get in. The theater was clean and well run, but that price point is wearing thin on the novelty of going to a theater anymore. Other theaters are noticing and changing their business models, so it might be worth a further drive for a unique experience. Regal does the routine well. Oh, and we saw The Greatest Showman, which was excellent. Still irritated it lost to The Disaster Artist.

I like the theater, very clean and the staffs are very friendly. 

I have an issue with the screen. I believe, They have painted the screen with high gain white matte paint or something like that. Because of that, white and light color objects arr very grainy in the screen. Also the center of the screen is slightly brighter than the other parts of the screen. This is very distracting, so distracting I am writing this review while watching the movie. Don’t worry, there are only 3 people in the theater and I am not disturbing anyone.

The ticket machines in the lobby were not working and it was 15 degrees outside. One person working to sell tickets and a decent sized line outside made for a very cold wait. 

After entering the theater, the ticket taker asked to search my wife’s purse. We declined and returned her purse to the car. A business has absolutely no right to even ask to search a patron. 

I complained to the manager about both of these issues, but was not assured that they would be addressed. 

We plan to go elsewhere for our movies in the future and to let Regal know about our issues today.

This Movie theater is one of the best in the area. The majority of staff is excellent with a couple of exceptions in the sale of tickets, a rude lady. Also, the sales of tickets could be done inside to avoid getting cold in the winter.
