Regency has been around for quite sometime. They have 8 theaters and the newest is extremely nice with great sound, picture, and plenty of leg room. Their problems occur due to lack of updates. Almost nothing has changed since I started going here over 20 years ago. The mens bathrooms needs a huge remodel, the concession area needs some updating, but the main problem are the old theaters. Most are pretty run down and feel dingy. Would I go here or drive the 10 minutes to the Corbin theater? If the movie isn't in the large new theater, I would drive to Corbin. Would love to see this place back to its old glory.

We watched Forever My Girl at Regency and our experience was great. The staff was super nice, bathrooms were clean and the theater was great. Sound and picture was great. Thanks for bringing this movie to London! We will definitely be back!

I've gone to this theater since I was a child. Recently, I was there with a couple of friends of mine and my sister. My friend had just gone to use the bathroom and when he walked out he told us about how there was fecal matter everywhere in one of the stalls. A few minutes later, the matter was attended to and you never would've been able to tell anything was wrong. Great faculty.

Very very dirty. Terrible service. The theaters are old and outdated, food is stale, yet they charge you the same prices as the nice one in Corbin.

Service was good, movie was great...sound, picture and theater was good! Great supply of concessions. I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews. This theater could use a little updating , but other than that, it's a great place to watch a movie on the big screen.
