Sulthar Properties management company did an absolutely outstanding job managing my three properties in Dallas for the past 10 years (2010-2019). These were not easy properties to manage. There were numerous problems over the years ranging from multiple house break-ins and damage, to high renter turnover and late rents. My decision to buy rental houses in bad neighborhoods should not reflect at all on Sulthar properties - quite the opposite in fact. I've had multiple property managers over the years in various parts of the country, and had to fire several for a number of reasons. Sulthar properties was by far the best property management company I've had in my 16 years as a rental property owner. They truly go above and beyond, and it all starts with Mohamed Sulthar and his tireless work ethic. He is an extremely honest and hard working man who knows the business inside and out. When a problem arose - and there were many - Mohamed and his team did an excellent job dealing with it and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mohamed also consistently gave me great advice when there were multiple possible solutions to a problem. Mohamed is also a licensed real estate agent, and he did an excellent job throughout the entire - sometimes frustrating - sales process for all three of my properties. I can't thank him and his team enough for everything they did for me. If you're looking for the best property management company in town, this is it. I give Sulthar properties my highest possible recommendation. Thank you again Mohamed!

Sulthar Properties has managed my property for about 6 years. The staff handles all facets of the rental of my property. This includes advertising, screening new tenants, lease signing/renewal, responding and handling tenant repair requests, and ensuring the property is in compliance with all ordinances. All are completed professionally and promptly. This leaves me, the property owner, with very little to do, happily. Mr. Mohamed Sulthar has been in the property rental business many years and is available to offer trusted and valuable advice to owners who wish to lease their properties.

Excellent property management company and staff! If you are a real estate investor, or looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Sulthar! They made finding and placing a wonderful tenant with a great lease a breeze!

I must say this experience for our family has been phenomenal. Words cannot express how happy we are right now working with Sulthar Properties has been a wonderful experience. We are very blessed to have Klaudia working with us through this experience such a sweet and wonderful person. She made the process easygoing and less stressful and we appreciate everything. I would truly recommend this company to family and friends.

I am a property owner and these folks have managed my property for almost 6 months now. Awesome experience so far. Detailed reports and quick responses to all issues. Klaudia has handled all aspects of the rental process professionally and efficiently.
