Regency Mall was one of the best in it's years. It's took a slow down with new owners but beginning to make a come back. The kids loved the train  ride, shopping n riding in the little car's too. We had an enjoyable afternoon and it was a plus the kids got to see santa and have photos taken.

Not much to do. It used to be a awesome mall, but businesses started moving away. Hopefully one day it will be good again. The food court does not have many good options. I do recommend bubba blends! Those teas are delicious and the customer service is nice. Best parts are jcpennys, and the area near the food court. Other than that, there is some sketchy stores.

Not a lot of stores left. I believe that some of the area is used as some type of secondary education, ie college or technical college. Actually pretty sad. I grew up with this mall. Back in the day, it was one of the best malls in the area. My friends & I would ride our bikes there & spend hours shopping & hanging out. I also remember when it was a square, with Sears on one end & Woolworths on the other.

This place has really gone downhill. Most of the decent stores are gone and what's left is just weak. It hasn't been properly maintained inside or out. The building and lot are in disrepair and make you almost think it's totally abandoned. There's a high chance I may never go back unless it drastically changes.

Best reason to go there is JC Penney. There I FYE store as well if you're looking for vinyl records. Mall itself is nearly all nonoperational.
