Prepare to walk, and walk and ship.  Park your car in the middle and take off.   Go to the help desk to see if they have any coupons for you and always ask what kind of discounts they may have for certain merchants.  AAA has discounts for shoppers and I am sure others do as well.   If your gonna shop til you drop, always look for more ways to save.  Tons of merchants in here and always always lock you car, and always be aware of your surroundings.    Big place with plenty of options for all.    It's a good half day to find all that you need, and not need,   clothes, shoes, kitchen, and much more.

Not many stores operating.. kinda sad to see such a good facility not being used. Easy access from the road and great advertisement for what is in it.

GREAT shopping center. An amazing selection of stores and places to eat. Not too crowded and a very easy-going place. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great place to shop or a fun place to hang out :)

Looking for name brands, reduced prices and great sales this is the place for all of your shopping needs. Plenty of parking, personable staff throughout and clean restrooms. All plusses when wanting to one stop shop. Want to grab a bite to eat there or take a shopping break and go to one of several restaurant's within eyesight it can be easily achieved. There's Ruby Tuesdays, Danny's, Taco Bell, McDonald's and more.

Sad looking small outlet mall more than half the locations were closed.  I was there on a Sunday afternoon - no one there, it seems like most of the remaining stores  are barely hanging on  about to go out of business. I doubt this place will be around a year from now.  On the other side of I-95 the western side there is another outlet mall called St Augustine Premium Outlets this is much better although not great.
