I see nothing but complaining from people doing reviews. If you pay your obligation, you’ll have no problems. i had my car loan with regional for 3 years. paid it on time every month except for 3 months during the whole process and they were helpful and gave me extensions on those payments. every time i’ve had to call in they were nice and had great customer service. be responsible and you’ll have no problems, simple!

Their rates aren't the best, but I made some bad credit choices in the past, so I'm reaping what I sowed.  I use auto pay now and I've never had an issue and I hope this loan will get me back where I need to be.  Customer service was very helpful when I called.  Only two more years and my ride will be paid off!

My husband bought a truck, paid high interest, then had health issue, and only owed acouple thousand.He told them he was ill and had to pay med ins or truck pymt, well, guess what? They repo it..even when he called them..A company putting profit above their customers, no humanity..Towed it like to a place that was an hr to get there. Keep in mind my husband was sick...but we got it back. So please if your thinking about buying a vehicle with them financing, walk away. All these one star ratings arent for nothing.They charge a very high interest rate also.

I must be a rare case but EVERY time I have interacted with this company they have always been extremely professional and accommodating.  Customer service has always been polite and respectful and has always made sure I was satisfied.
