I like the bank's accessibility but they aren't trained very well in different procedures outside of customer service(general)knowledge. No interest in keeping the customer satisfaction rate up. They are only interested in making the bank money. Regardless of how the customer satisfaction rate is costing them. Investigation of a problem with the customer they always agree with the outside opposition and the fee that makes the bank money.

Very poor customer service from the lowest to the management. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT BRANCH!!!!!!!!! The manager tried to BLAME ME FOR HER PROBLEM!! She put 540 dollars in an account that was not mine!!!! The name was not even close to my name, the account number was different than mine!!!!! Another customer said that she probably PUT IT IN HER OWN ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! I had her give me my cash back, she was very RUDE!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service @ this location indeed. Waited 45 minutes to see a representative to open an account only because she was socializing with a client. Called other branch to see if they were busy, yet the phone rang here (odd). The phone rang for 5 minutes before it was picked up. I was in the lobby; there was nobody there. There was nobody in line and the receptionist was on a personal call whispering sweet nothings while the phone rang and rang in the office. I asked if they were hiring and they said they needed no help at this location. When I finally reached the account executive she gave me noncompetitive options with fees for their most basic account. Beyond unacceptable.
