This has been the worst Bank I have ever have (and I have done business with many other banks). In less than 2 months, I have called the bank 4 different times to complain, and every time I call I lose at least 20 minutes of my time, no matter at what time I call. The last thing that happened to me, I went to their atm to deposit some cash ($395), and their machine ate my money! 2 weeks have gone by, and they still haven't respond for my money. The people at the branch are really rude. And they always close so early!.. Terrible Terrible Terrible bank..

I've banked with REGIONS for years and am very satisfied. Brandy P is awesome! She goes above and beyond. She's very knowledgeable attentive and friendly
