I was in town from TN buying a car here in Atlanta and Cindy went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of eventhough it was so close to closing time. The rest of the staff was very courteous and professional as well

I opened up an account with them a while bank. The lady who help assisted me with opening account gave me a lot of misleading information. I needed to know how long it take for money to transfer from one entity to another. What she told me was wrong. The information regarding fee was wrong as well. My girl friend and i called them in hopes of getting some straight answer and they took my info down and never could back. so we went up there and closed our account

This is by far the worst regions. The Drive thru window is always closed. I also went there the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and was told that they were out of change. REALLY!!!

An absolute Nightmare to work with especially "Julie" The assistant manager has no idea how to treat clients. WORST experience in banking period. Closed two accounts and took my business to BANK OF AMERICA. Where they know how to do business.
