Been waiting at the drive thru for more than 8 minutes and still no one has even said "we will be right with you". It's Monday March 13,2017 at 14:05hrs and the bank only has one teller at the front counter. Come on now!

This Suntrust location is possibly the worst bank ever. Out of Bank of America, Fidelity and Chase, Suntrsut has the worst customer service and possibly the worst staff, in the area. For my business, I often need to do business with local banks however, I will never attempt to step one foot back into this or any Suntrust Bank, again. The oriental women at the small window yelled at me over and over and was very difficult to understand. She didn't attempt to slow down her speech. Eventually, another representative explained to me the situation and helped me understand that Suntrust can't cash other banks checks.
