HORRIBLE! What a waste of time and money. Can't even do a basic shampoo and blow dry. I paid for full service and walked out with my hair half done because I knew the stylist manager had no clue what he was doing. Trust me and go elsewhere. I would have a 10 year old do my hair before I returned.

One of the worst haircut service i got in my life is from regis saloon. The lady was very rude . And did not cut the hair properly and did not wash my hair and she charged for evrything. She is so mean and rude .

Worst hair cut ever! Manager tried his best to correct the horrible haircut the hairdresser delivered, but it was too late for a corrective action. I am sure about one thing, this was my first and last visit.

Crappiest service I ever got, went to get my hair dyed and lady screwed up my whole head and she won't fix it without charging me. I showed the lady the picture of the color I wanted, she wouldn't help me choose from the book to choose what color would come closest to the picture I showed her, so I had to choose myself and it was my first time ever getting my hair dyed. The color did not even come close to the picture I showed her. My roots are 10 times lighter from the rest of my hair so my hair is now 2 different colors and she won't fix it for me without charging me $65 on top of  the $105 I paid for the crappiest hair dying experience ever. They are not helpful at all and won't own up to the mistakes, especially the lady who did my hair. If I could give his place zero stars I would.
