Dismissive staff. I was excited to go to this store to buy an eye shadow pallet. When I got there I was very disappointed to see that all of what they had out was damaged and looked used. When I asked one of the staff if they would buy a product that was scuffed and had stains on it. They said they would just open it up to check inside. Then they put it back on the shelf and didn't bother to try and clean it. So am I supposed to open everything to check it before I buy? The whole experience grossed me out to say the least. I think I'm going to be shopping at Sephora more.

I went into Ulta yesterday with a blemish on my nose. I tried to cover it up but it looked very cakey on my face. I rushed to Ulta and Maria and I believe his name was Brandon, were the biggest help! They sat me down and did their work. My nose looked great and gave me the confidence I needed. The staff is awesome!
