This store is very cool, and has lots of fun stuff to explore. However, if you are needing your bike repaired, this is NOT the place to go. They do not have an adequate amount of bike repair staff to resolve your issues. I dropped my bike there, and after a week of them having it, they called to let me know that the person that could order the part & fix it would not be back for another 3 weeks. At a store of this size, one would assume that they would have plenty of help in this area, but they apparently only have 1 person. You would probably find quicker service at a "Mom-Pop store". I like this store--I hope they eventually fix this manning issue

I am infatuated with this store. I really need to not come here though because I want everything in it. Just got my roof rack and cargo box yesterday and even got a little help putting it on from one of the staff members in the parking lot. Didnt catch his name but wish I had. Normally you need an appointment for them to install it just fyi. Got lots of help from one of the guys in the bike repair area and really appreciated that as well since it took a while to identify and collect all the stuff I needed together. 20% sale going on saved me 200 bucks on retail and you get a dividend/rebate on purchases which is a nice perk. With little to no research on cargo boxes going in, I would say it took about 2 hours to walk in the door to having a roof rack and cargo box on my vehicle.

I went to check out a new Cannondale Quick 4. The sales lady was SUPER and rates a 10 for knowledge, service and attentiveness. I believe her name was Valerie? Will actually buy my bike from her when I am ready.

Excellent customer service and always have what I need. 

Whether its a backpack for traveling through the airport or some new hiking boots REI has high quality gear that last and last.
