I've been to other cleaners and always end up back at Reid's. They have fast service and my cloths always come back in great condition even if i don't tell them where the spots are they find them.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this Reid's location. It was my first time there, and I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dry cleaners! The ladies were so kind and friendly and always happy to see every person who walked in. One of them even offered to put my clothes in my car for me!

I have to admit I was very suprised by all of the negative reviews! I originally started going to Reids a few months ago because they have great hours of operation. I am able to drop stuff off before or after work. I really love them! They have great prompt service, reasonable prices, and the customer service is great. Recently, I had a bridesmaid dress that I assumed was ruined when I got the interior of my car detailed and the car wash place got grease ALL OVER my dress. I thought for sure that it was ruined. I took it to Reids and they were able to get every single stain out in only two days and they only charged me $11, which isn't bad when there were probably at least 50 seperate stains. I hate to see that they have such bad reviews, because I can say nothing but positive about this place!
