Dropped off a navy blazer for same day service and it smells like diesel fuel! I cannot even hang it in my closet. They must have used a gallon of dryclean solvent.  Never in my life have I smelled so intense.  Goodbye Reid's. Fast? Yes.  Results not exactly what I was expecting.

On September 16th I stopped by Reid's Cleaners on N Lamar Boulevard in Austin, TX. The lady who collected the items to be "pressed" was very friendly. She informed a gentleman working there about my request for cleaning services. He promptly took the clothing to the cleaning area and in no time att all the clothing was ready! He provided exceptional customer service!!! I was very impressed with his friendly, courteous and helpful demeanor. Reid's Cleaners has earned my business!!

Reid's is always such a pleasant experience.  Customer service is stellar, employees are fun - they care about clients and each other, and the quality of work they provide is exemplary.  They have always been able to perform services I need beyond just cleaning as well - they have removed impossible stains and repaired buttons easily.  Plus, they are prompt and efficient.  I highly recommend this business.
