We had a great experience purchasing office chairs. The sales people are true ergonomic experts, very knowledgeable, and un-pushy. We got great chairs at a very good price. They delivered and set up the each chair individually for our needs. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

My wife and I have been thinking about inquiring about a massage chair for the last few years. We recently were told about an excellent family run store called Relax the Back in Greenwich, Ct. We took a 1.5 hour ride from our home in NJ and spent approximately two hours with the owner's son, Bryan, who gave us an excellent tour and explanation of the latest and greatest massage chairs Relax the Back carries. It was an outstanding experience for my wife and I. We decided to order the Inada Dreamwave model after auditioning several chairs. Bryan worked with us in a very friendly and professional manner throughout the entire transaction. He continues to follow up with his excellent service to make sure we are happy and satisfied with our purchase. Having a state of the art massage chair in our house and the convenience to relax in it any time has made our experience one of the best we have ever had. Dan and Elena Secula

Salesperson very knowledgeable and not pushy. Various chairs were available to try at my leisure. After ordering the chair, to my delight, it was delivered within a very short time. Delivery was very professional and the setup was thorough. I am very pleased with my chair and the people who sold it to me!
