Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

We brought our car to this mom and pop shop. The owner test drove the car, and did not verify our problem.  Problem was a worn carrier bearing.  Took the car next day to get state inspection and it was verified to be worn and needed replaced. Very disappointing experience

Very professional and thorough people. Over the last 25 yrs. Bill and his crew repaired four different transmissions on four different vehicles I drive them to 250K miles, I always go back because he is good and trustworthy.

Great people and great service! They are very knowledgeable about everything transmissions. We were visiting from out of state and our van started to have gear slipping issues. They were able to 90% diagnose the issue over the phone. Then they made some room for us in their busy day to change our transmission fluid. Problem solved! We were able to travel home smoothly without any issues.Service:&nbsp;Transmission

Not a good experience!  They assured us that they knew what they were doing, BUT 5 weeks later, and after charges totaling just under $2,000, our service truck was still not fixed.  A part was on our bill that they told us they would not charge us for because they would restock it.  Then, when we disputed the bill, THEY took me to court under criminal charges for theft of services!  VERY bad experience, be VERY careful before hiring this shop.Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

They were a pleasure to deal with, very fair about things, quick with getting me back in my truck and on the road. I'm happy that I chose them, and I would certainly recommend their work. If I have issues in the future, I'll come back to update.

I was nervous at first but Bill did a great job on fixing my transmission. Not only that, he also added extra fluid for my power steering to get it back to working again. I was really impressed that I was offered to be shuttled to and from the car rental place because my car was going to be out of commission for a few days. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices, great work and great people.
