Terrible customer service. I went there to have a tire checked for a slow leak,. I arrived at the auto center at 4:45 pm, they close at 8 pm. They told me that they were not taking anymore work orders because they would not have a cashier after 5 pm.  I went inside looking for a store manager, I asked the person at the door and she said there are no managers. I said "Are you telling me there are no managers in the store?". She said she did not know and that she could not ask over her radio because it did not have any batteries in it. So I go over to the other door person, he has a radio and calls for a store manager and one comes over. I explain the situation with the auto center. He calls over his radio and tells them that they need to look at my tire.

I go back over and they pull my car  in and look at the tire. The tech comes over and says they cannot fix the tire, it has a screw in it. 

So I won't ever go back.

If i could i would give negative stars if i could the service was so horrible. The service is unbelievablely slow this was my first and last time getting tires changed out here. 
They are a first come first serve service but yet seem to pick and choose which cars to actually work on.  
I sat in the waiting room and watched them work a little on one car, work a little on another car, then two employees stopped what they were doing to have a conversation with another man who brought in a car battery for 15 mins, another employee came inside and had conversation with a cashier. At one moment none of the four employees were actually working on a single car. 
I came in at 430 and at 730 there was not a single tire on my car.
Worst service and the Manger and rest of the employees seem to care-less if you are unhappy about the sevice. 
I talked to the Manger about the slow service and he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't do anything about it.

I dont know people complain about walmart service, but yet they keep coming back. I appreciate all the emlpoyees hard work an treat my car like if it was there own. i see great changes and with customer support it will get better. I dont know why people from espanola go to walmart expecting free stuff when u can just ask or be descriptive about what kind of service u want on ur vehicle. So thank u walmart for reopening we missed u😉😉😉.

Went here and asked specifically for the oil change that would include topping off of all fluids. I was told that paying a $30 for an oil change would include topping off of all my fluids. When I was done I noticed that my coolant was still low, I asked about the coolant and they said they don't service that. I then proceeded to ask them why they told me they would top off all my fluids but that did not include cool it. They said this was just their error and proceeded to act as if it did not need to be fixed. On the way home my car overheated from lack of coolant and I had to have it towed

Very slow, took over one hour to get one car done. Four employees there. They spent their time talking with one another.
