Nice stay. Comfy bed.  This is a large hotel Close to O’Hare.  The hotel is Quiet, has a restaurant and bar, conference center, free WiFi in the lobby, there is a Starbucks on the first floor. There are computers if you need them on the first floor.  This is close to the train line. There is a free shuttle to the airport.  You can print boarding passes beside the front desk. The staff was polite.  It is about a 10 to 20 minute walk to a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

Really the only knock on this hotel is the lack of easy access to outside food options. Rooms are very spacious with a nice work desk in the main area. Bedroom is a little small, but there is plenty of space in the bathroom and main area to compensate. The restaurant is very good, but of course, chargers hotel restaurant prices. Bonus, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, right next to the front desk. The blue line stain is literally a two minute walk from the front doors. Very convenient!

Everything is nice about this hotel. Beautiful upgrades. Room is clean and spacious. The only negative part of this hotel is that they rake (rape) you on the parking. Makes no sense to charge so much for a room and not including parking.

Excellent stay. Very nice staff. Clean room and easy access parking. Bit further from O'Hare than I'd like, but there is a free shuttle. Superb breakfast. Will definitely return.

Called the hotel within a couple hours of leaving behind an expensive gift just before Christmas,  staff wouldn't let me talk to management or cleaning staff.  I stayed on hold, left messages, called at the times I was told to call to reach someone, called at least once a day for two weeks, was continually given the run around and unable to speak to anyone willing to help. Even being gold members and staying at this hotel regularly I still experienced the worst costumer service I've ever had staying in a hotel.  Cancelled our stay there for the following week when no one would let me talk to management or give me straight answers.  I definitely would not recommend staying here, I will continue to call until I can reach staff that will take the issue seriously and contact corporate offices to make them aware that this location will not let you talk to management or cleaning staff when needed. Not how a business should be run and not happy with the experience at all.
