Meh!  Little "cold" for my taste.  I prefer a warm, cozy atmosphere. The gathering area (lobby) is not. More of a grunge feel.  Cool if that is your thing.

Price is good and bed comfortable. 

The bathroom photo is deceiving, it IS NOT that bright!

The hotel itself was nice (though not spectacular) but they need to post more and better signs for where their parking is. I drove around for 20 minutes in and out of the garage looking for the designated spot for the hotel in the garage. There is a clear sign telling you where to enter the garage but once you enter, there are no directions on where to park in the garage. And this is an extremely large 5 floor garage shared by 2 hotels, a shopping center and several other restaurants and entertainment establishments. If I weren't there to attend a conference and meeting several people, i would've just turned around and gone home. Once inside, the hotel looked nice, albeit small. I would've given 4 stars but took away 2 for the parking and frustration.

Booked a room a week and a 1/2 in advance brought my  Dogs. I scope out the room before I bring my dogs in. Very small room. No room for even one of my dogs kennels. Look for another entrance so my dogs don't have to go through the lobby which is loud and there is music playing and a bar 10 ft away from the front desk with 15 people all around it. I ask the front desk people if there another way in he tells me no. Find out they have a pet policy was never told when I booked it that there is a pet policy that my dogs can not be left alone in the room. I had brought my kennels expecting to be able to leave them in the room why I went to a concert that next day. I then told them I had a concert the next day and was told well that's pretty much to bad. So I had to cancel my room at 830pm and find another room after driving 5 hours! Don't say you are pet friendly when you are not. When you only have one entrance to your hotel you are not pet friendly. Also when I tried to leave to go to my car to talk to my husband about their pet policy the guy jumped all over me about not being able to go any further until I sign this pet policy! They were not friendly or nice at all about it which made it so much worse. Do not go here with you pets it's a bad mistake!

Cool fun looking place. Lots to do in the area. Coffee in room is amazing. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. 1st pic is floor by toilet which is right next to shower and the other pic is the vanity area that leads to toilet/shower. Was just as dirty a year ago when we stayed here- We really like the area I guess

We had a fantastic time here on a recent trip. The staff were all kind, courteous, and helpful. The decor of the hotel was quite nice as well. There were a few small blemishes in the room (peeling wallpaper in a small spot and cuts on the headboard) but nothing that affected the trip. The heating and a/c worked great. The shower was a good size, had great temperature, and plenty of water pressure. There was plenty of counter space in the sink area although I feel that a second sink would utilize the space better. There was plenty of storage space and table space. We requested a fridge and they gave us one but it would be nice if it was standard.  It would also be nice if a microwave came with the room as well. But we still think it is a great hotel and would highly recommend it.
