Simple over night stay waiting for an early morning flight after missing a late night flight. Shuttle runs often and at nearly any hour, didn't explore breakfast much but nice young lady asked if I needed anything and got me a drink. Overall great stay.

After missing my flight, it was a relief to walk into the lobby of the DoubleTree(which is about ten minutes from the O'Hare Airport, and they have buses that shuttle people every 20 minutes). The workers were kind and helpful(and gave me a cookie!). The lobby itself, along with the rest of the hotel, was beautiful. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, and I was extremely happy to find both a shower and a bathtub that worked perfectly, unlike many hotels I have stayed in before.

Normal rooms for a DoubleTree. Chicago is so muggy, it would be nice if the air conditioning did more. The lobby is fantastic but the rooms are a little dank. We had our air going as much as we could and it still felt sticky and moist. I guess that's what you get in Chicago in August.

Air conditioning started heating room around midnight instead of cooling it down. Air filters didn't stop the musty smell.. Gym was OK... Restaurant was good.. Ibrahim the bartender is great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Area is good for dining options.

I travel to Rosemont regularly and always stay here. The hotel itself is great. Very clean, great restaurant and bar on site and I love the shower (odd, I know, but the rooms have a great shower). The DoubleTree is also in a great location, close proximity to the convention hall and MB Financial Park.
