I don’t often leave an unpleasant review. We have been going to Renna’s for many years. Have always enjoyed the pizza and the service. The pizza is still always delicious, but the employees are rude. I would even say disrespectful. The last three times we visited for a slice or called in for whole pizzas, they are rude. After telling me how busy they were, I said thank you and they hung up in my ear. While sitting in the booth eating our order, two employees used foul language and talked about very personal, inappropriate topics. I don’t expect perfection, but I would expect some professionalism. It reflects terribly on the owners. We won’t be back, which saddens us all. Good day.

Growing up in olean i used to love rennas. I went in today for the first time in about 10 years to get a hard over done small slice of pizza it was 2.50 for cheese and 2.75 for cheese and pep .25 cents more for 2 pieces of pep at least make it worth it. The bathroom is discusting and the nacho and cheese the cheese was almost gel like i am sorry i dont know what happened to this place but i will not be going back.

I've been going to Renna's for 30 years and it has always been good up until about a year ago. I stop about once a week and I would say at least 8 out of the last 10 times I've stopped I've been disappointed. 2 slice cheese pepperoni To go. Lately it's been either super soggy flimsy crust or not heated enough or too much sauce and today it was too much cheese and it was underdone and not heated enough :(. I might stop again after the holidays but if this continues I'm just going to get pretzels from aunty Ann's. :(

My fiance and I order here on the regular. If you love new York style pizza, this place is for you! I see people complaining about the price.. just so ya know it would be cheaper to buy a full pie than to buy all your slices separately. 😉

Very old school. The place has not changed in 30 years. A great place to grab a few slices quickly.
