One of the better fast food establishments. Their food is always fresh and it's usually served relatively quickly. They have the best French fries in my opinion. They always try new items on their menu also. Wendy's is one of the best fast food places.

They need to maintain their lobby better. The guy working the front needs better people skills and smile more. Other than that it was fairly decent.

Went there the other night and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Sitting at the window I was looking at the kitchen and it looked filthy. I could see behind the fryer or flat top and saw a ton of grease built up and the walls and surfaces looked dingy. Then when I actually got my food, the gent just handed me the food and didn't say anything. No, "sorry for the wait" or, "thank you have a nice evening." There are a ton of other fast food options in Olean, go elsewhere.

Busy place, but cleaning tables tends to be left till the end so they are a bit dirty. Great food thougb

The food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. The dining room was clean and nicely decorated for the season.
