I have to say that Dr Kang and his team are top notch! They truly listen to your needs, and were able to offer me some flexible payment arrangements so I could get my work done and take advantage of my benefits. I highly recommend coming here

This is by far one of the worst dentist in terms of customer service and price gouging. My wife went there for a normal cleaning, which they instead pushed up selling in order to do the routine cleaning. This after a 2 hour wait. This again happened with my 16 year old daughter, were she need wisdom teeth out before anything could be done, to which they never 'sticked' her gums. There are far better dentist around, check out "The Reno Dentist" before these people.

Also note, they never responds to service issues here on their review, they simply don't care.

All of the following is objective fact -- none is subjective complaint.  Four hours for a cleaning -- was told it would be 1.5 hours.  Another four hours to replace a filling -- was told it would be 2 hours.  The new filling cracked in less than a week.  X-rays were repeatedly taken -- over a dozen -- because the tech couldn't get the right view angle on the tooth.  When my new dentist was replacing the one-week-old cracked filling, it literally crumbled apart.

Absolutely terrible! I had to get two crowns, and I have never experienced more pain in my life. They shaved my teeth down to practically nothing, before they realized that the crowns that they made wouldn’t even fit my teeth. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

This office charges over double what other offices do, they bullied me into not looking around, but I am glad I did. They openly talked rudely and disrespectfully about me on the line, while they thought I was on hold (about getting a second opinion). They keep telling me that my dental plan won’t cover certain things, when I called my dental plan they said it should be covered. They will give you quotes for their most expensive options and neglect to tell you about the more affordable options. I have never felt more disrespected by the staff, which is unfortunate because the techs were so kind.
