It was a great experience for our hole family. They were kind, quick, and informative. It is a very modern office which makes it have an appealing feel to it.

I just read the review posted before me and I can't believe that person was in the same office.  My experience was the best and most efficient dental experience I have ever had.  And that was before you took into consideration the friendly, upbeat vibe of the office.

I advise all potential patients to stay away.  I have never experienced such  incompetence with an office staff and billing.  They have no regard for their customer base after making critical billing and informational errors.  Attempts to resolve their mistakes were met with collection agency threats, all over a 82 dollar discrepancy.  So many other great dental options in Reno that care to provide a great experience and appreciate their customers.  I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional. Showed a lot of concern for what I want from my visit. Everything is done via computer and lots of email communication, which I very much appreciate.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at the Reno dentist. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. Jenny and Stephanie, the hygienists, are amazing. They make me feel very comfortable and are always very gentle during my cleanings.
