I called to ask for an appointment to get an alignment and the gentleman asked me why...so I explained that I was having the tires replaced and knew the alignment was out. He asked what kind of tire I was interested in and I explained that I was already scheduled to get them replaced by Discount tire as they were under warranty for a sidewall separation. The gentleman chuckled and responded "ih, so your going with the cheap stuff, we can't help you". On the contrary to his comment, my tires are in the vicinity of $400 each. I run specialty mud and snow tires because I offroad nearly ever day for my work. I explained to this man that I used high end tires, but since I wasn't buying the tires from their shop, he wouldn't offer an alignment! I don't understand the very poor customer service and condescending attitude. I've been to many shops and am very well versed in mechanics, but have never experienced such poor customer service! I would not recommend this shop or their lack of customer service, as most likely this shop is out to make as much as possible, bottom line!

I have been going to Reno Vulcanizing for 10 years and my family has been going there even longer. They are friendly, knowledgeable and they always take great care of my car. Car problems can be one of the biggest stressors and I always feel like my car is well taken care of and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We've had all our cars serviced at Reno Vulcanizing for 15 years. They are always polite and efficient. Their prices are competitive and they always explain exactly what's going on with our car, no surprises.

I have been going to Reno Vulcanizing Auto Care for several years.  I have never had bad service and the service people are very polite.  When they tell me what
time my car will be ready, it is ready and I don't have to wait.  I have told several people about Reno Vulcanizing and several of them have started to use their service.

If you want good service at a reasonable price, Reno Vulcanizing is the place to go. You won't be sorry.

These guys always do a great job and go the extra mile.  I've been a customer for more than 10 years and have always been pleased with their service.
